To put it simply, YES!

There are many unknowns to putting on an event. To the inexperienced, it seems that people just "put on a show". This couldn't be farther from the truth.

Understanding the technical aspects of the rider, arranging transportation, catering, lodging, booking of venue, technical services, permits...the list goes on. One thing out of place could put an event on hold or cancel it completely.
