How do we realistically plan our budget?

Most people when planning their evnt are unaware of what the actual costs will be so they tend to go over their heads in expectations.

The most important thing that you can do is to identify the maximum costs that you are willing to spend. To do this you need to look at all of your requirements and needs that will be incurred during the event. Remember that the talent fee is only a portion of what the event will actually cost.

Depending on your requirements you may need to budget in some of the following.

• Talent
• Technical
• Venue Fee
• Transportation and Lodging
• Meals
• Marketing
• And much more!

In short, know what you want to spend, on the event in total. This will narrow down considerably what artists and speakers are available. We will also work with you to determine budget goals that are realistic for the event that you are interested in putting on.
